"From beakers to blenders, you're invited to explore the science behind the cocktail. Find out how specific gravity, surface area and pH levels play a role in creating the perfect cocktail.
Also featuring:
--the United Arts Showcase: preview exhibits and art displays from several local cultural venues, plus mini-performances of dance and opera.
--Four Cinedome feature films throughout the night
--Full cash bar, beverages and food for purchase
--$9.95 for adults, $4.95 for kids, FREE for members"
Sounds like a cheap night out...with the kids? I guess if you're a parent, this is perfect: booze and cheap daycare. I wrote the media relations person at the Orlando Science Center for more info and am contacting United Arts to find out who's performing. More info to come unless the word "booze" offends the Orlando Science Center person.
