For performing artists, the 2009 Performer Guidleines.doc and 2009 Application.doc became available September 1, 2008 and are due Nov. 15th, 2008 at 5pm. Deadline to receive $50 discount on application fee is September 15, 2008. A public lottery drawing will be held in late Nov. to determine groups in the 2009 festival. All applicants will be notified (via e-mail) of their acceptance as well as their waitlist status.
