Wanna know what's going into the new SuperTarget shopping center on Orange Avenue in what is now being called the "SoDo" area of downtown Orlando? Me neither.
"Kimco Realty Corp. announced a new slate of tenants for its $100 million SoDo mixed-use development south of downtown Orlando. This sounds like the most uninteresting place EVER! Congrats, Kimco Realty. I'd call that a group of really uninteresting businesses all conveniently grouped together in one looks-like-Baldwin-Park locale.
SoDo, which has its grand opening celebration slated for Oct. 10-12, said its previously announced tenants will be joined by Flipper’s Pizza, The Fish Spa, Olv CafĂ©, Massage Envy, Twist Asian Fusion and Mattress Giant.
The project’s 700,000-square-foot retail center is anchored by SuperTarget, T.J. Maxx and 24 Hour Fitness. It also includes Nature’s Table Cafe, Verizon Wireless, Rockn’ Joe Coffeehouse & Bistro, Banco Popular and Taco Bell, as previously reported by Orlando Business Journal."
