On December 21st The House of Blues will host the swingy-dingy Michael Andrew and Swingerhead with 100% of the proceeds going to the Give Kids the World non-profit charity.
So far, GKTW has given park tickets and accommodations to 90,000 families with children with life-threatening diseases from all 50 states and over 65 countries. 100% of the $17.50 ticket price goes to this fine charity.
And dammit with the economy dead, people broke and jobs cut, shouldn't we be helping others and not buying gifts right now? Rich white people of Winter Park, are you listening?
The planners arranged a door prize as well: a one-night stay at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club (sheets included) and eight one-day Park Hopper Passes. (which you could sell or trade illegally to tourists or your cheap friends)
