Each space is equally exposed (or hidden if you decide to hang a drape or something) to the high traffic of Colonial Drive. Huge wall to ceiling storefront windows...everyone sees you! Hundreds of people come in to the casting agency and other businesses each week. Each artist is given an opportunity to use the entire downstairs space ( 5,000 sq. ft) for a gallery or private event. Monthly rental fee includes a permanent space for your work/materials and comfort utilities (A/C, heat, electric...etc.) Space is really limited----only a few spots left before names are taken on the waiting list."
