This sign has aways pissed me off

1. Winter Park Welcome? Does that mean "The following text is the official 'Winter Park Welcome" or "Welcome to Winter Park" or "You are now entering Winter Park (dramatic pause) Welcome!"?

2. "Please drive with EXTRAORDINARY care" only in Winter Park. As soon as you leave Winter Park, pull out your iPhone, unwrap a taco, drive drunk and kill pedestrians.

3. Why is the whole thing in caps? Did they want the sign to scream at us?
