The Orlando Shakespeare Theater in Partnership with UCF, an AEA regional theatre company celebrating its 21st season – seeks a well-seasoned administrator who demonstrates the passion, motivation, and business expertise required to achieve continued success for the company. He/she will have the proven ability to successfully oversee the management of the overall budget, marketing, development and audience services of a professional theatre company, to serve with the artistic director as the executive team, to cultivate community support, and to guide and inspire board members and staff. The desired candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen and exhibit highly effective leadership, budgetary, accounting and organizational skills, solid interpersonal skills, including a track record for leading, managing and developing an existing team, as well as proactive community building and fundraising skills.
