Looks like the problems we witnessed firsthand on opening day at the Plaza Cinema Cafe have continued for two weeks. Incorrect movie listings, poorly-trained ticketing employees, poor website, indifferent employees... We think the person in the photo below, Jim Duffy, is responsible.
