Set in London, Closer is the story of four people in the "body business" - Dan the obituary writer, Alice the stripper, Anna the photographer, and Larry the dermatologist - who over a period of years meet, get together, break up, switch partners, as they attempt to make their relationships work.
Picasso at the Lapin Agile | September 25-October 17, 2009
Steve Martin, the driven, over-acheiving comedian I desperately wish I was (I read the book he wrote about his years in stand-up), wrote a play about Albert Einstein and Pablo Picasso meeting in a bar in Paris in 1904.
Jekyll and Hyde | October 30-November 28, 2009
I have never heard a single good thing about productions of this show. But I am going to go just to see how they handle "the transformation."

In addition to our own performances, GOAT will be following through on our goal to work with other theatre groups in Orlando who do not have a permanent home so they may present their productions. We are proud to announce we have signed contracts to host two productions in the new theatre this summer by outside groups.
Wallflower Productions will present "Sex Times 3" by Larry Stallings in our theatre over two weekends, July 30 - August 8.Cabaret Sunday Nights
And Playwrights Round Table will present two weekends of their annual "Summer Shorts" at GOAT, August 13 - 22.
GOAT will also be resuming our regular Saturday Night Cabaret nights in the near future.
