Every Saturday dogs in cages are strewn along the sidewalk for adoption in front of the pet store next door to Barnes & Noble (the one with the free wifi but no outlets) on Colonial and Bumby (MAP). I don't know the name of the people, the company or the cost of the dogs. You're welcome.
