The Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau has put in a bid to bring NPE, a large plastics industry convention, to Orlando for its 2012 show. I'm not trying to be environmental, but I found this photographer's site the other day showing how far some plastic travels and where some of it ends up: inside baby birds. Ew.
