What's the story behind these pieces of art hanging from street poles along one street in Winter Park? They look like they were made by children, with some of the pieces dating back to 1994. Maybe in 2010 if Downtown Orlando has the same holiday decorating budget shortfall as in 2009, they can co-opt this idea and get kids to do the decorating for them.
