On day two of the Festival of Chocolate (March 6-7, 2010) held at the Orlando Science Center, I shared about an hour with four friends wandering in and out of rooms, hallways, outdoor porches and narrow staircases sampling cupcakes, nitrogen-burned ice cream, photo-printed lollipops, chocolate Buddhas (they do chocolate Marys as well, but not "Jesus on the Cross"), cake truffles (essentially cake pops without the stick) and chocolate dipped pretzel rods.
