6th Annual Indie Film Jam 2010 accepting submissions: Screen your music inspired docs, videos and shorts for thousands of music and film fanatics on Florida Music Festival 2010 Opening Night. Past screenings and speakers include Screaming Masterpiece featuring Sigur Ros and Bjork, Whiskey on a Sunday featuring Flogging Molly and Skid Rowfeaturing Pras of the Fugees, and Thomas Ian Nicholas(American Pie, Rookie of the Year).

Submit now via email to: indiefilmjam@floridamusicfestival.com with a link to your music video or music inspired documentary/short. Submissions close on Wed, March 31st. Include the following in your email:

1) Where does the 6th Annual FMF Indie Film Jam take place?
IFJ2010 will take place at 57 West on Pine Street in Downtown Orlando, on Wed, April 21st to kick off the Florida Music Festival.

2) What will the Indie Film Jam selections receive?
10 Music Videos will be selected for screening and the artists will be invited to perform as part of the Indie Film “JAM” at 57 West on April 21st, before each video screening. The videos will also be compiled and be screened throughout the festival at select venues and Industry Parties. The artist and director will also receive promotion in the FMF2010 Official Guide aXis Magazine.

3) Do you accept links to other forms of music inspired films, documetaries or shorts?
Yes, feel free to send links of those as well. Although they would just receive exposure on the official website, and not be part of the screening.

4) Does the artist in the music video need to be performing at FMF2010 to be considered?
No, the Artist does not need to be performing at FMF2010 to be considered for IFJ2010 Music Video screening. And they can still be screened at IFJ2010 even if not able to be present to perform.

5) Do you get passes for the rest of FMF2010 if your video is selected?
Yes, the Video Director and Representative will receive Conference passes to network during the Conference Seminars on Sat, April 24th at City Arts Factory.

6) Does my FMF2010 Artist, Attendee or Industry pass gain me access to the Indie Film Jam?
Yes, it allows full access to the events on Wed, April 21st including the Indie Film Jam.
