"Connections" is a 10-foot sphere illuminated with projections of images and text. The sphere invites viewers at the installation to text in their answers to the question “what moves you?”. Viewers can use their mobile phones and see their answers projected on the sphere. As the SunRail Commuter Rail moves closer towards becoming a reality, this outdoor art installation reflects on this question and what mobility means to the Central Florida community.
"Connections" was created by UCF graduate students Jillian Perez Dudziak, David Moran, and Gary Seymour, Jr. as a semester-long class collaboration between the Studio Art and the Computer and the Digital Media departments.
