Mark Baratelli at Orlando Fringe: T-O-T-A-L-L-Y

Kimleigh Smith is a powerful, sexual, important performer who bolts onstage at the top of her show, "T-O-T-A-L-L-Y!" with freight train energy and never quits. Its her more than the show you leave thinking about. She's just so freaking happy despite an early life rape that sometimes leaves her legs paralyzed and that she's successfully repressed until whenever she wrote the show. Now that she's out of that life-long pretend-happy coma, she can live her life "like its golden," take on a lover (or as she says it in a husky sensual way "luvaaaah!") and feel comfortable with her body and herself. And Lord Jesus is she comfortable with her body. She is a muscular, fuller-figured beauty, and we see her in a skin tight cheerleader outfit, a wrap dress and at one point bra and panties (or spanx?). I admire her bravery, her acceptance of her past and the way she can kick her legs to jesus as if she were a bendy doll.
