Sometimes we all need an excuse to finally get to a restaurant or to finally try a beer that we have passed by in a store multiple times. - Reception – Shipyard Export Ale with Tango multi-colored chips and dip on the tables.
- Roasted pears on pecan crisps with arugula, balsamic reduction, and Spanish blue cheese paired with Shipyard Pumpkinhead Ale.
- Seared scallops with lemon-fennel relish served on a mache nest paired with Shipyard Wheat Ale
- Smoked Pork Loin Roullade with root vegetable pot au feu paired with Old Thumper Extra Special Ale.
- Three berry cobbler with vanilla gelato and drizzled with chocolate paired with Shipyard Blue Fin Stout.
