We know food trends are ridiculous, but we love to follow them anyways. Right now we're focused less on the cakey and icey and more on the liquid. We want to know: is Artisanal soda the next donut, cupcake, mini cupcake, cake-pop and froyo to hit Orlando? Its hitting New York City hard according to a July feature in New York Magazine. We're betting its hitting us, too... we just don't know where yet. Know anybody in town cooking up custom sodas? In NYC, restaurants are making the custom pop by the glass and individual soda fans are making their own concoctions at home with their own soda machines.
