"3 In Motion" is a dance collaboration between Dr. Phillips High School, Valencia Dance and Yow Dance that takes place Friday, Feb. 4, 2010 at 7:30pm. at Dr. Phillips High School (6500 Turkey Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819). As part of United Arts’ ArtsFest, a limited number of free tickets are available online on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning Feb. 1 at 10 am. Otherwise, tickets are $10 cash at the door. About Valencia Dance Theatre | In its 25th year, Valencia Dance Theatre is a student performing company of Valencia Community College’s Associate in Arts degree in dance performance. VDT supports dance education through lecture demonstrations to area elementary, middle schools and high school students in Central Florida. VDT performs in concerts locally and around the country via college dance associations and collaborations with university dance programs. VDT seeks to preserve dance as an ever-evolving art form through traditional and nontraditional venues, promoting diversity and offering a variety of dance experiences and opportunities.
