ArtsFest 2011 | DRIP's A Night of Music

ArtsFest 2011 is February 4 - 13, 2011 and features a ton of free arts and culture events around Central Florida. One show you might want to catch is "A Night of Music," featuring Peter Baldwin, Andy Matchett & the Minks, The Pauses, Telethon and Britt Daley February 9 and 10, 2011 at The Cameo (1013 East Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL). Local dance company DRIP is playing host, performing in a vinyl hallway with contemporary dancers and colored powders flying through the air to six original songs written by David Traver, Music Director for the touring company for Blue man Group. Some free tickets for this show are available at ArtsFestFL.com or are $12 at ILoveDrip.com.

Six songs from an upcoming DRIP show will be performed by the DRIP band: Rob Kurzreiter (Blue Man Group) on drums, Eric Lugo (Social Ghost and Megaphone) on Bass, Justin O'Neil (Blue Man Group and Producer at The Fort Studios) on guitar, Lance Herring on guitar. DRIP dancers include Nikki Serra and Ashka Kroft (also seen in DRIP's culinary art event, Fresh) as well as Becky Yeager (Florida Dance Theatre) and Stefan Dolbashian (Florida Dance Theatre).
