For the 10th consecutive year, LYNX is inviting qualified non-profit organizations in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties to register for a spot on the agency’s coveted Public Service Bus. Eight winners will be chosen in a random drawing to have their logo displayed for one year on the Public Service Bus which travels routes every day throughout the three-county area. To be eligible, the non-profit organization must serve Orange, Osceola or Seminole County; operate on a budget of less than $1 million and show proof of 501 (c)(3) status or be a governmental agency.
Qualified agencies are required to:
• Fill out registration form online (www.golynx.com) with all fields completed.
• Attach copy of 501(c)(3) status or government agency designation. (Example: IRS form.)
• Attach copy of annual budget of less than $1 million. (Example: annual budget document.)
• Attach electronic image of organization logo in EPS, JPEG or TIFF file format with minimum resolution of 600 dpi.
The deadline to enter is March 25, 2011, at 5 p.m. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Winners will be notified after the random drawing on March 29, 2011. Winners from the 2010-2011 Public Service Bus are not eligible. The official unveiling of the 2011-12 Public Service Bus will be held during National Volunteer Week April 10-16.
