Photos: Son & Dad Hug For 24 Hours Straight

At midnight on June 19, 2011, a son and father began a physical embrace that remained until midnight June 20th. For those 24 hours, they would hold a hug to celebrate Father's Day at Orange Ave Gym (1616 N. Orange Ave. Orlando, FL 32804) in the Ivanhoe Village District.

The concept of a 24 hour embrace is the brainchild of artist Young Sun Han. His piece was "24 Hour Embrace" in which his hugtner was a person he found on Craigslist and his venue was the Swimming Pool Project Space. It took place in Chicago on December 31, 2008.

With Han's permission, Brian Feldman (FacebookTwitter), award-winning Orlando-based conceptual artist, re-performed the artist's work, adding on the father/son twist.
