The neighborhood of Spring Lake (
map) has beautiful homes (
some for sale) with manicured lawns, shaded streets with giant oaks and a
complete golf course. And it's all right downtown bumping up against Paramore. But you'd never know it because it's completely hidden from view and walled off. Several streets that once connected it to the surrounding areas have been walled off, creating lovely, shady cul-de-sacs on the neighborhood side. The neighborhood starts on Colonial near the OBT intersection and runs to the Magic Mall.
