On Thursday September 8, 2011 at 10:00am, Mayor Dyer will "work-along" with the Central Florida Commission on Homelessness to engage with homeless individuals during a walking tour of the Central Business District in Downtown Orlando.
The Mayor will begin this work-along at City Hall Plaza and walk up and down the major thoroughfares of Orange Avenue and Central Boulevard. During his walking tour, Mayor Dyer will speak with homeless individuals to provide them with information about the various resources available within the community and gain insight from the homeless about additional resources that may be needed.
