Osceola Center for the Arts 3rd Annual "Celebrating Hispanic Artists and Culture" art show

The Osceola Center for the Arts (just east of the Florida Turnpike exit 244 on Hwy 192 between Kissimmee and St. Cloud) presents the 3rd Annual Celebrating Hispanic Artists and Culture art show. The opening reception and awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, September 15, 2011 from 6-8pm in the main lobby and gallery of the Center, and is free and open to the public. The exhibit will be on display from August 26 – September 26, 2011 and showcases the work of 17 artists from around Central Florida and as far away as Miami. The event displays Hispanic/Latino artists and any artist who submitted work depicting Hispanic culture.  "We are happy to be able to incorporate this event with the celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month here in Osceola County,” says Jules Davidson, Director of Visual Arts.
