Orlando is getting it's own Swedish food truck called Swede Dish. The owner spoke with me way back in August at a bazaar. She had her menu printed out, along with printed photos of her truck in it's pre-finished state. I loved the idea instantly. Below is a photo of her finished truck and below that, the original menu she handed me way back in August. I'm sure changes have been made, but here's a glimpse at what she's got in store for us at our bazaars and other events. Welcome to the neighborhood!
