ArtsFest has a totally new ticketing system for 2012 called The ArtsFest Ticket Lottery. Read below to find out how it works:
All events are free and open to the public, although some events have limited seating and capacity. To make reservations for these events, visit ArtsFestFL.com anytime between January 10-21 and click on the Ticket Lottery button on the homepage.
After entering your information, you will see a list of Tickets Are Limited offerings. You can select up to five performances that you would like to see, and enter to win as many as five pairs of tickets. There is a two-ticket limit per show for all Tickets Are Limited events.
You can return to edit your entry any time between January 10 and 21. By January 25, you will receive an email letting you know if you have won tickets and which Tickets Are Limited events they are for. The new ticketing system allows you to enter the Ticket Lottery at YOUR convenience over a two-week period. Even if you do not win tickets, you will be notified where you are in the standby line.
You must have a valid email address to participate and there is a 30-minute no-show policy that will be strictly enforced. Please plan to arrive at Tickets Are Limited performances early to redeem your tickets. At 30-minutes prior to the show, all unclaimed tickets will be made available to the standby list and/or on a first come, first served basis.
ArtsFest is intended to give audiences an opportunity to experience something new, so please try to select five performances with organizations who you haven’t visited lately. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary for any ArtsFest event.
