We had the opportunity to sample today's menu at Bistro Babes food truck (Facebook | Twitter | bistrobabescafe@bellsouth.net) and want to share what we found. The owners are true foodies who love cooking. One of the owners started cooking as a child, with her mother buying the exact ingredients needed for her to complete the recipes in Julia Childs cookbooks.

We sampled the Asian turkey burger topped with slaw an spicy mayo and a side of homemade chips. Delicious. We also delved into Chicken Satay on skewers with peanut sauce and cucumber salad. Same response. Excellent!
