 National Soup Day is Wednesday, January 18, 2012. For the entire day, if you go to Pollo Tropical and say “Happy Soup Day” to the cashier, you can get Caribbean Chicken Soup or Split Pea Soup for a dollar. Limit of two $1 cups of soup per customer. The offer is only valid on Wednesday, January 18.
