For the first time ever at Otronicon, engage in outdoor laser tag hosted by Battlefield Live Orlando. Throw away the controller and headset for a gaming gun that features realistic sound effects. Utilizing the latest technology in outdoor laser tag, all guns are equipped with a red dot scope for target accuracy. Safe, infrared technology means no projectiles, no mess, no pain and no bruising!
Battlefield Live Orlando will transform the SunTrust terrace into a combat zone and run games for 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday during Otronicon. They’ll play eight minutes per game with between 12-16 recruits playing at a time, with another set of 12-16 recruits getting briefed and prepared to play on a rotating basis. Participants must be 7 years or older to play. The event is weather-permitting and participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
BATTLEFIELD LIVE ORLANDO: Located in Sanford, Battlefield Live Orlando is the latest breakthrough in hi-tech outdoor laser tag. This is a tactical game that has been influenced by military training scenarios and modern videogames (Call of Duty, Halo, Gears of War, etc). It’s more than just a game; it’s an experience!

Laser tag is included with your admission to Otronicon which is $17 for adults and $12 for kids (ages 3-11). Science Center members get free admission. Tickets also include access to all four floors of Otronicon including displays, demonstrations and presentations by EA SPORTS, Walt Disney World Resorts, Lockheed Martin, Florida Hospital, University of Central Florida, Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy, and much more.
