Brian Feldman Projects Relocating to D.C.

Brian Feldman, best known for leaping off a ladder 366 times over 24 hours, is an award-winning conceptual artist, and the recipient of the 2011 State of Florida Individual Artist Fellowship. There are only a few art circles who have not heard the name of Brian Feldman. Unfortunately, Brian is relocating to Washington, D.C. on February 13th after spending close to 24 years in Orlando. Brian is set to complete his final three Orlando projects in early February: "#48hYardSale," "The Skill Crane Kid 1st Birthday Party," and "Brian Feldman's Under the Covers." Brian encourages you to attend his final three projects, and here they are below. (Please note that the final project, "Brian Feldman's Under the Covers," was a ticketed event distributed through ArtsFest. These tickets are no longer available.)

As part of ArtsFest 2012, Brian Feldman performs his acclaimed site-specific cabaret by request, from under the covers of his hotel room bed. Inspired by Jeremy Seghers, with Steve Merritt on keyboard. “Under the Covers” was developed and first presented in July 2009 at Atlantic Center for the Arts in New Smyrna Beach, while Brian was an Associate Artist in Residence.
“I was in awe and hysterics the entire time and told him that when he comes to LA, he is welcome to perform in my bedroom!!! (Shut up you wiseguys!)” KristinaWong.com
