We asked, and we came! With our recent story of New Yorker's getting the Aussie favorite, Flat-White. The Daily City came to a local coffee shop, Quokka Coffee here in Kissimmee. A Flat-White in it's simplest form is a shot or two of espresso with micro foam (steamed milk from the bottom of the pitcher) poured over the two shots. It's comparable to a regular latte, or a café au lait. Thanks to Quokka Coffee we can all enjoy the Aussie favorite, Flat-White.
