About:
The Food Truck Bazaar, the original travelling gourmet food truck event in Central Florida, visits city after city, like a circus, promoting simultaneously the Orlando food truck scene and the food truck industry. Its got a family friendly atmosphere, a variety of foods (gourmet, ethnic, BBQ and dessert) and brings together communities for a nighttime outdoor foodie gathering. In one year, Producer Mark Baratelli turned a one-time, eight-truck event into a monthly happening in around six cities per month, with an average attendance of 1,000 per visit. The Food Truck Bazaar was named "Best Local Food Event 2012 (2nd)" by Edible Orlando and Producer Mark Baratelli was called the "Pied Piper of Food Trucks" by the Orlando Business Journal.
