We tried the shredded chicken banh mi at Yum-Mi and we have to say: meh. The bread was delicious, but the chicken was not plentiful and very dry, like it had been sitting out on a counter collecting moisture-sucking air for days. We'd go back if they put more (non dry) chicken. We will probably go back today since they're located so close to us and we are too lazy to get in the car.
