About: The Food Truck Bazaar (About, Twitter, Facebook) is the original travelling gourmet food truck event in Central Florida. It visits city after city bringing a fun nighttime outdoor community dinner in a family friendly atmosphere featuring a variety of foods (gourmet, ethnic, BBQ and dessert) from Orlando's huge food truck scene. The Food Truck Bazaar was named "Best Local Food Event 2012 (2nd)" by Edible Orlando and Producer Mark Baratelli (Email, About) was called the "Pied Piper of Food Trucks" by the Orlando Business Journal.
What to Do:
1. Think tailgating: bring your own chairs + tables + tents
2. Expect long lines.
3. Some trucks will run out of food.
4. Expect loud generators on most trucks.
