Can Mayor Dyer Ask Chik-Fil-A To Leave Orlando?

If the Mayor of Boston can write the President of Chik-Fil-A and tell them they don't want them in Boston, can the Mayor of Orlando ask him to leave Orlando? Can a city official do this? Just curious.
