Central Florida Women’s Resource Center Summit Awards

The Central Florida Women’s Resource Center (WRC) has invited the community to participate in the nomination process for this year’s 28th annual Summit Awards honoring outstanding women in the Central Florida community. The Summit Awards will recognize women who have contributed generously to their community in service and leadership roles throughout Central Florida.  These women will be recognized as “Summit Award” winners at a special event in October 2012. Please help the WRC recognize these outstanding women in our communities.

Nomination form for Summit Award Nominations and Junior Summit Award Nominations

Awards will be given to a select few nominees who have contributed to the Central Florida community through the generosity of their time and have a history of diverse community service that goes beyond job related responsibilities. In addition, the nominee should demonstrate leadership through community visibility, support of women’s issues, and serve as a role model. WRC intends to recognize women whose community work has led to the betterment and good of the Central Florida community.

WRC requests the community take a few minutes to nominate a woman who meets these criteria.  The nomination form is available for completion at the WRC website, www.wrc-online.org, and must be completed and received by July 27, 2012.
