Orlando Philharmonic Needs New Music Director

The Orlando Philharmonic Board of Directors announced the search for a new Music Director, who will succeed Maestro Christopher Wilkins at the conclusion of his 8-year tenure in August 2014.

Board President Candy Crawford says “...we look forward to continued artistic growth, an increased commitment to opera, and the eventual opening of the new Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center under Maestro Wilkins’ artistic leadership. We will soon initiate a process to determine who can best lead the organization into the future when the Maestro departs in 2014.”
