The Orlando Solar Bears have a couple of additions in the sleuth. Had to look that one up, since herd does not apply to this certain social grouping.
Three new forwards Ron Cramer, Samson Mahbod, and Gary Klapkowski will bring speed, skill, and scoring to the lineup. And you, yeah, you - might have a chance as well to be added to the team.
The Orlando Solar Bears will be announcing in the next 2-6 weeks an open invitation try-out. Just because you watched the trilogy of The Mighty Ducks and think you can do a triple deke - doesn't make you a hockey player. Although, it does make you a cinephile of sorts.
They also will announce a number of player signings, our new radio broadcast partner, details for our OSB Training Camp dates, Single Game Ticket "On Sale" date, details regarding the formation of the OSB Alumni Association, details about two trophies that will be awarded annually to a current Solar Bears player in honor and memory of both Dan Snyder and Rob Kenny, and a number of exciting promotional events. In addition, the Solar Bears will unveil a commemorative "Out of Hibernation" logo that will be affixed to the team's home and road jerseys for the 2012-13 season
Season ticket plans are available now and the season starts October 20th.
