The Food Truck Bazaar was created by TheDailyCity.com's Owner, Mark Baratelli (About | Email | Facebook | Twitter). Baratelli has been a proponent of mobile creativity since 2009 when he created Taco Truck Taste Test food tastings and Mobile Art Show art galleries. The Orlando Business Journal named him a 2012 "40 Under 40" award winner, called him "The Pied Piper of Food Trucks, and has written several articles about him and his events. There's no one in Central Florida with more experience or knowledge about food trucks than Mark.

The travelling event called "The Food Truck Bazaar" brings a town together over dinner, plain and simple. Folks bring their lawn chairs, friends and family and enjoy an evening meal under the stars. You'd think bringing 15-20 food trucks into a town would hurt local restaurants. Tt does just the opposite! Ask any restaurant owner or city official in the towns we visit! The monthly event becomes a popular addition to a town's cutural calendar, adds to its dining ecosystem, and exposes locals to the possibilities of food trucks in their community. It encourages food truck industry growth in the towns it visits and brings large amounts of foot traffic wherever it stops. Baratelli chooses only the best trucks to share with each town. Each stop averages around 1,000 attendees. Become a Sponsor!
