The 2012 Holiday version of the Swap & Shop Parties made popular by Other Peoples Property took place on December 14, 2012 in Ivanhoe Village. The event encourages participants to donate their old unused clothing and also shop for new vintage clothing. A percent of the sales go to Charity: Water and Mission of Hope Haiti. Then all the clothes that aren't bought were donated to a number of different charities including local homeless shelters, Dress for Success and the BETA Center.
