Florida Hospital has created a live web-based 20-minute monthly cooking show called Lunch and Learn Live featuring local chefs preparing healthy versions of their restaurant-quality dishes. Watch past episodes on youtube for a 'taste" of what the show is like.
Florida Hospital created the show as a way to bring health content directly to consumers as part of its Healthy 100 program.
