Open Table has published their 100 Best Restaurants. While California and New York had the most Florida made the list with two mentions. Miami based Japanese and sushi restaurant NAOE made the list as did Orlando's own Norman's. Found at the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes Resort and owned by celebrity chef Norman Van Aken. Only those restaurants that use the Open Table online reservation system are nominated but that list does offer such local hot spots as K Restaurant, Chef's Table at the Edgewater, and Roy's Restaurant though oddly none of them are made it to the 100 Best list.
