Trash-Covered Bus Stop At Colonial Marketplace Needs Attention

The garbage can at the bus stop in front of Colonial Marketplace is overflowing with empty toy boxes, fast food containers, coffee cups and more. It's located close to the corner of Colonial and Maguire. A week ago we noticed and photographed this bus stop due to the trash overflow. Today it looks even worse. Who is responsible for picking up trash at bus stops?
