Orlando's Second Chocolate Museum Cost $350,000

By Ken Storey

A mere two months after Kissimmee's Chocolate Kingdom (2858 Florida Plaza Blvd., Kissimmee, FL 34746) opened in February 2013, in walks competition. The World of Chocolate Museum and Cafe (11701 International Drive Orlando, FL) is being built out in the new-ish Orchid Bay Plaza.

That was quick.

The new $350,000 attraction will feature chocolate sculptures, interactive displays, workshops, and a cafe. To draw in guests the to the museum and cafe, World of Chocolate will offer free tastings of gourmet chocolates from around the world.

The exhibit will take guests on a history of Chocolate, show them how Chocolate is made, and display Chocolate art.

Can Orlando tourists handle this onslaught of chocolate?

The paint job on the building is hard to miss, but at least this keeps it classy.  No over the type cartoony things here.
The estimated value of the build out alone is $350,000.
