Do-Gooding Bike Riders Dress Up as Super Heros

On Sunday, July 28, 2013 at 10am, something called a Do-Gooder Bike Ride is being hosted by Urban ReThink. It's a monthly mix of cyclists, do-gooders, and super hero nerds bike who go into the community and do acts of charity. The Do-Gooder Bike Ride takes place on the last Sunday of each month from 10am-12pm. Participants meet at the corner of Central Boulevard and Eola Drive, Downtown Orlando, 32801.

Participants are encouraged to dress as superheroes as they traverse the city to complete a scavenger hunt of charitable work, while sharing completed goals with each other through social media. The only thing needed to participate in a Joy Riders event is a bicycle (do-gooder bonus points for a helmet), as participants are comprised of people from all backgrounds.

After the event is over, we encourage the sweaty Do-Gooders to unwind at Urban ReThink and share their big accomplishments.
