Park Avenue merchants and Winter Park community members are
invited to attend a free seminar regarding Park Avenue Merchants Association’s
ExperienceParkAvenue.com on Thursday June 20, 2013 at 9a at the Winter Park
Welcome Center (151 W. Lyman Ave, Winter Park).
The website garners over 5,000 unique
visitors per month, of which 42% access the site via their iPhone. Since officially organizing in 1976 PAMA has
worked to promote the Park Avenue area through a number of different initiatives
including Park Avenue Fashion Week, Park Avenue Sip & Stroll, several
Sidewalk Sales each year, and, of course, the website.
The seminar will give interested community stakeholders an overview of the website’s new features.
Cross-marketing and event promotions amongst association members will also be discussed at the
event. Steven McElveen, website
developer for the site, will be the central speaker at the seminar. If interested make sure to RSVP.
