Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Coming to Mills Park

North Carolina based upscale causal restaurant chain Firebirds Wood Fired Grill has announced its first Florida location in the new Mills Park development.  The 7.400 sq ft restaurant (think Ruby Tuesdays meets Smokey Bones) will be the stepping off point for many more Florida locations.  Mark Eason, a Central Florida native and the CEO of Firebirds, mentioned Miami, Tampa, and Jacksonville specifically in an interview with Orlando Business Journal. 

Firebirds is the fourth restaurant announced for Mills Park; Giraffas, First Watch and Segafredo Café are also coming to the new development that is anchored by upscale grocer The Fresh Market. The Brass Tap has also been announced.
