With demolition to start in fall 2013 and major construction work to begin in late January 2014, the City of Orlando wants businesses and residents have the most up-to-date information on the Florida Citrus Bowl reconstruction project. On Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 6:00pm at the Varsity Club at the Citrus Bowl, 1 Citrus Bowl Place, Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and District 5 City Commissioner Daisy W. Lynum will host a community meeting to provide information on the reconstruction project including timelines, stadium design renderings and how neighborhoods will be affected during this transitional period. The BLUEPRINT Employment Office will also be on hand to discuss job opportunities.
