The sun has set on the 2013 Epcot Food & Wine Festival |
The 2013 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival concluded yesterday (Sunday November 10) at Walt Disney World. The popular annual event features over 25 temporary booths serving representative appetizers and alcoholic refreshments from countries around the world.
Before the flavor of the 2013 festival entirely leaves your palate, enjoy this photo gallery from the final days of the Food & Wine event, highlighting some of my favorite new tastes from this year.
First, here's a look inside the Festival Welcome Cemter (formerly the Wonders of Life pavilion), which hosted a Ghirardehli's chocolate exhibit.
The focus of the festival was the food booths that circled World Showcase lagoon.

Epcot recently changed the free soda flavors offered at Club Cool. Beverly and Vegibeta are still served, but the rest of these brands have been replaced. |

Another returning element of the Food & Wine Festival was the Eat to The Beat concert series, which features tops acts of the 1980s and 1990s.

Finally, the Chase Visa VIP lounge gave credit card holders a quiet place within the American Adventure pavilion to escape the crowds and sip some free Coke Freestyle soda and recharge cell-phones.
